Job Description

Our client is inviting applications for their 6-month (renewable) Contract Role with the following requirements:

 

The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the f brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.

This role be part of the Global Insurance Marketing team and the role holder will be responsible for supporting the Global Insurance Marketing team in setting up the Life Global Wellness Advisory Board by

  • Coordinating with the respective agencies
  • Coordinating with business stakeholders
  • Creating content
  • Managing events that arise from the Life Global Wellness Advisory Board
  • Unearth insights from the various discussions

 

The program was launched 2 years ago, and over the past 6-8 months they have had very exciting development in Health and Wellness and would like to increase awareness on H&W.

1)      to set up a H&W committee (a board made up of experts, pharm, tech) in which they discuss market, trends, models, integrate to financial models.

2)      Start running this committee

3)      Then analyze the outcome of the set up

 

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance – on Health & Wellness in HK & China or someone who is in an agency and worked and supported in H&W area
  •  If we cannot find candidates with above requirements, then happy to look at candidates who are in any industry doing a similar program.
  • At least 10 years’ working experience in Marketing, preferably in multi-national organizations
  • Experience in managing Social Media content
  • Experience in managing and unearthing customer insights
  •  Ability to leverage fresh, creative and innovative idea for marketing program & content development
  • Able to work in a diverse environment with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
  • Strong stakeholder management skill (ability to present to senior stakeholders)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin is desirable)
