Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To manage Account Payable and Petty Cash.
  • To handle cheque issue / TT application for various types of payments and daily cash positioning
  • To assist in month-end and year-end closing
  • To handle income receipts and issue invoices
  • To provide clerical support and undertake filling duties
  • To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

 Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate holder in Accounting or LCCI Level III
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in accounting field (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
  • Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
