Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage Account Payable and Petty Cash.
- To handle cheque issue / TT application for various types of payments and daily cash positioning
- To assist in month-end and year-end closing
- To handle income receipts and issue invoices
- To provide clerical support and undertake filling duties
- To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate holder in Accounting or LCCI Level III
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in accounting field (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft offices (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
