Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily collection functions including sending invoices/reminders and calling customers to follow up payments
• Prepares collection reports and bank reconciliation statements
• Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice checking
• Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
• Consolidated company accounts including Hong Kong company and China company
• Prepare annual budget, forecast and management account
• Work with investor relations of organization and participate in various meetings for all potential investors.
• Able to work independently
• Support other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting, LCC higher level with 5 years solid experience
• Written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Excellent skills in Excel & Word
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and responsible
• Capable of handling full set of accounts independently
• Assist the team to complete audit assignments
• Immediate available is highly preferred
