This position will be under the Jardine Schindler Group and initially his/her base office will be in Hong Kong providing business partnership support to the group companies' businesses. The primary roles of this position will help to maintain health financial condition of the Company with details elaborated per below:

• To provide up-to-date management information and financial advice to facilitate management team to assess the company operating status and identify problem areas arisen;
• To ensure local compliance on tax and internal control;

Areas of Responsibilities

• Provide support on financial aspects of the New Installation business to Schindler operating countries/regions;

• Provide accurate and timely financial and management information for monitoring the business operation and progress as well as meeting statutory, tax & financial reporting requirements;

• Analyse financial data to identify problem and their causes and recommend solution to minimize cost & risks and maximize profits;

• Ensure proper internal financial controls are exercised throughout the whole company, regularly review and enhance the internal control processes and liaise with IT for system implementation and enhancement;

• Ensure Schindler HK project costs of installation contracts are properly controlled and identify variances for corrective actions;

• Optimize the use of available resources by constant review of financial and accounting system;

• Motivate and develop the teams to ensure the continued effectiveness and improvement;

• Monitor and control company structure cost and capital expenditures.

Professional Requirements and Unique Critical Attributes

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Qualified Professional Accountant
• Substantial experience in the relevant field with 3-5 years' experience in managerial capacity
• Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, business or project controlling
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Critical thinking, assertive, detailed minded and good team player
• Necessary to be able to think commercially
• Excellent Command of English and Chinese
• Solid working knowledge of MS Application and SAP
