Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessment on credit proposals submitted by front line, exercise credit judgment and make credit recommendations
• Conduct post credit-approval review to ensure complied with credit policies and guidelines
• Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Monitor, analyze and review portfolio with potential high-risk indicators, recommend and implement appropriate actions
• Advise and assist senior management on reviewing credit policy, credit process and procedures 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; with FRM or relevant qualifications is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in credit control of corporate accounts from banking industry
• Strong financial analysis and financial projection skills with sound product and industry knowledge on local or PRC corporations
• Good credit and financial analysis skills with logical credit judgment and meticulous report writing skills. Experience in preparation of credit reports in Chinese is definite an advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks under tight timeline
• Good command in written English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in PC skills i.e. MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
