Responsibilities:

l   Oversee all company accounts and investments

l   Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial

       assistants in Hong Kong and China.

l   Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful

       feedback

l   Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal \reports

l   Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

l   Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

l   Establish and implement financial reporting systems.

l   Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data

       reports

l   Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

l   Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies

l   Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information

Requirements:

l   Proven experience as a Financial Manager/Financial Controller, to include at least five

       years of managing employees

l   Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst

l   Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns

l   Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

l   Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

l   Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
