Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily operations of Accounts Department such as taking part in billing functions, prepare journals and vouchers and all round support of Administration;
• Manage accounts payable or receivable, bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash;
• Participate in month end closing tasks
• Assist in preparing management accounts
• Perform ad-hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years or above Accounting experience is a must
• With LCCI Intermediate or above
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Good at Excel, Word, preferable with knowledge of SAP
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
