Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Head of Wealth Management;
•  Work closely with Senior Management to manage and prioritize daily appointments schedule;
•  Prepare correspondence and minutes for meeting, reports and presentation materials;
•  Liaise with external and internal parties for the daily operational issues document handling, filing and data processing;
•  Possesses good judgement in recognizing the scope of authority;
•  Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues on timely manner;

  Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in administration or secretarial support in sizeable companies, preferably in financial institutions 
• Possession of a strong sense of responsibility, responsiveness and motivation 
• High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing 
• Ability to handle stress and to engage in a strong team work environment 
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and decent level of written and spoken English
