Working Location: Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Contact carrier, vendor and local offices for shipping activities
• Set up meetings with vendors for operations review
• Compile reports required by customers
• Manage a team of operations staff to perform daily duties according the standard operating procedure (SOP) and meet the customer's KPIs
• Set up check points or monitor tool to assist the teammates to perform quality work
• Work as a control tower to assist the respective origins to understand and complies with the customer requests
• Receive weekly floor check report to ensure no cargo left behind
• Manage a team of operations staff to perform daily duties according the standard operating procedure (SOP) and meet the customer's KPIs

Requirements:

• 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding company
• F.7 or professional diploma or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
• Good Shipping knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, energetic and responsible
• Good team player and customer focus
• Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. Ms Excel & Outlook
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Supervisor
