Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver on-going soft skill training programs to frontline sales staff
• Conduct internal supervisory development program to grow potential staff
• Conduct training program to assist internal staff to participate various external awards, e.g. HKRMA, HKCCA, HKACE, etc.
• Collect MI and customer feedback in the changing environment and share insight to enhance training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and conduct follow-up activities 
• Identify training needs and develop learning modules to support business objectives
• Support in ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above
• 6 years' experience in Training or Retail, preferably gained from Telecom industries
• Hands-on training experience will be definitely an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Training Executive
