Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties e.g. greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, handling mail and courier packages in professional manner
• Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance, office renovation and relocation
• Prepare quotation, invoice and follow up with customers
• Supervise tea lady to deliver professional administrative function to the company
• Ensure tidiness of the general office environment especially the reception area
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in sizeable companies
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, patient, good time management and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure independently
• Proactive self-starter, ability to interact with employees on all levels of the organization
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good organization skills
• Good telephone manner, communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
