Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our operations supervisors to collect daily rooster.
- Coomunicate operation issues with our customers and our operation team.
- Recieve operations complaints and forward to supervisors for followup.
- Communicate well with supervisors and help them followup operational issues.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 5 years work experience in related field.
- Able to communicate well in Cantonese with Customer & operational Supervisors.
- Able to reply to simple emails regarding complaints.
- Detailed oriented mind and willing to work under pressure and have sense of responsibility.
- Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel.
- Have teamwork spirit.
