Job Description

Our client, Singapore's leading consumer bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for a receptionist experienced in finance industry to assist the daily operation in Central Center.

 

Responsibility:

- Manage the reception area.

- Require to handle all round of general administrative task including:

- Name card printing

-  Forms / stationary ordering

- Payment arrangement

- Set-up of IP phone

- Update telephone list / floor plan

- Internal documents distribution

Requirement:

- Related experience in administration and receptionist in Financial industry

- Good command in computer skills including MS Office.

- Good command in both Chinese and English.
