Our client, a street fashion brand, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Retail Training Officer

Job Descriptions:

• In charged of planning and implementing training program to front-line staff to ensure they possess knowledge about the products and skills in providing customer services
• Examine the current training program and provide suitable solution in terms of training needs
• Assist in setting up the KPIs for the frontline staff and monitor the effectiveness of training program
• Regular stores visit and monitor staffs’ performance
• Prepare training materials for the frontline staff

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 year related experience
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications (MS Excel, Word), Chinese Word Processing
