Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle the procurement and tendering matters for corporate services and supplies
  • Follow-up the service renewal and maintenance contracts of office supplies and equipment, etc, as per set schedules, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Process and look after the daily routines, including but not limited to expenses claims, monthly reports, filing and documents control of the unit
  • Conduct regular checking of corporate assets and arrange disposal related matters
  • Support the facility management team in property management and administration services
  • Assist supervisor in monitoring the work performance and progress of the car pool drivers, and co-ordinate the service orders; monitor the car usage and rental, and compile reports
  • Assist supervisor to identify opportunities to continuously improve work methods and practices for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 4 years’ or more solid experience in handling full spectrum of office administration
  • Experience in using SAP for procurement and claim matters a plus
  • Responsible, independent, detailed-minded and fully committed to the job
  • High standard of integrity and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
