Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product education & business development opportunity programs, compliant product training material for distributors and internal staff through classroom training, online training and social media platforms
• Organize and manage monthly training calendar
• Prepare and complete education materials for corporate workshops
• Develop and deliver TTT programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Manage the rundown and logistic process of training programs
• Create evaluation and assessment metrics to measure the success of training
• As a key contact point to handle product quality and usage enquiries
• Handle product inquiries and complaints
• Liaise with headquarter in new product material request and assist in localization of product marketing materials (e.g. translation, catalogue, leaflets etc.)
• Assist in organizing and implementing events, such as mega member events, product launch events and press events
• Assist Marketing Manager to align training strategies and accomplish assigned duties
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Nutrition, Health Science or related science disciplines
• Solid understanding with skincare market / nutrition supplement market
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
• 2-3 years relevant experience in product training / direct selling industry is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Trainer
• Interested in nutrition, wellness and healthy lifestyle
• Customer-oriented with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, highly self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work both independently and as a team with initiatives
• Able to work in tight schedule & high pressure working environment
• Ability to read, speak, listen and write in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
