Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle policy alternations , convey logistic supports and provide comprehensive services to our customers
- Provide advisory support on daily operation including production supervision, quality control and administration enhancement, etc
- Support enquiries related with policy administration.
- Assist and support any ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- University Graduate preferable.
- More than 3 year of relevant experience preferred in Insurance Policy Administration.
- Excellent time management and people management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good knowledge in Mandarin is preferable.
- Good PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Policy Administration Officer
