Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to manage full spectrum of C&B functions
- Manage monthly payroll administration and ensure all payroll and tax calculation are well handled and executed
- Design and develop salary structure and consult with different stakeholders
- Oversee other HR duties such as performance management, remuneration assessments, annual salary review, policy review, HRIS enhancement, incentives/bonus scheme review, annual budget & market benchmarking, etc
- Ensure legal compliance of HR policies, procedures and operations
- Review and manage employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Lead and participate in projects or ad-hoc assignments when assigned
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for management review on regular basis
- Undertake any ad hoc / special assignments assigned by senior management
- Immediate available is preferred
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to retail, beauty field with track record in handling C&B projects independently
- Well versed with employment related ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
- High awareness to latest market development in employment practices and employee relations, HR practices, methodology and processes, also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills influencing stakeholders within the matrix organisation;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented with analytical mindset and able to work independently
- Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player
- IT proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft applications
