Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs to frontline staffs related to skills/ knowledge in areas of selling, customer experience to achieve sales targets;
• Support training administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch training programs in a smooth and effective way;
• Identify training needs of internal departments;
• Attend regular meeting with clients.

 Requirements: 

• Diploma in Business Administration / HR or related disciplines;
• Strong interest in training and developing people, and able to communicate and work with different parties effectively;
• Good presentation skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fluent spoken English is a must;
• Fresh graduate will be considered.
