Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of HR functions to meet the needs of the business, including staffing and recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and other related functions;
• Involve HR regular projects;
• Assist in training coordination;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 3 years' solid experience in sizable company;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant legislations;
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-minded;
• High sense of responsibility and accountability;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
