Responsibilities:

• Implement IT infrastructure network and systems

• Responsible for planning upgrade and rollout for network, servers, database and systems

• Provide IT support and help desk activity


Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or a equivalent discipline

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT industry

• Familiar with networking product include switches, router, firewalls, load balancers, wireless controller, VPN appliance, network monitoring system and related technologies such as TCP/IP, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS, etc

• Holder of CCNP and MCSE is an advantage

• Solid experience in MS platform including Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Active Directory and Exchange Server

• Knowledge and experience in Voice-Over-IP and call center is an advantage

• Knowledge and experience in backup solution is an advantage

• Responsible, self motivated, flexible and with detailed mind

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Overtime work is required
