Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of account and financial reports including consolidated financial statements, regulatory and management reports and FRR
- Monitor cash flow, client money and other regulatory requirements under the SFO
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with Beijing headquarter, external/internal parties on audit, tax returns and other accounting and financial matters
- Assist in setting up new products and funds
Requirement:
- Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent accreditation is a must
- 8 years of working experience with minimum 3-5 years of solid accounting experience in asset management firms (SFC Type 1,4,9)
- Enthusiastic, flexible, detailed-minded, mature and able to work independently
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluent spoken in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
