Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage in financial planning & analysis including budget, forecast & variance review
- Coordinate with annual IT budget and HR cost monitoring and control
- Working as partnership with business/Treasury /IT/Operation to roll out new products/processes
- Work collaboratively with Treasury for cash flow management and FTP
- Design and implement cost allocation set up among profit center, cost center for the bank
- Prepare monthly management reports, ALCO/EXCO slides and dashboard reporting
- Deliver monthly reports for the group, and reconcile the inter-group charges
- Support with Business team for reviewing new product from finance prospective
- Implement IFRS 9 classification, measurement & ECL calculation for relevant products
- Payment review and checking according to payment authorization procedure
- Support to build internal accounting policies, SOP and internal control for the bank
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the Team Head
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/ Business with ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5~8 years solid experience of management reporting in banking fields
- Detailed mind and strong business sense and collaboration attributes
- Proactive, flexible and energetic and act as a good team player with committed mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
- Good written English & Chinese and fluent at Mandarin speaking
