Responsibilities:

• To manage high availability CISCO-based network (include WAN connection), and private infrastructure based on Dell Compellent Storage, Dell servers, and VMWare, supporting both Windows and AIX
• To oversee the network security devices (vitual and physical), and physical security systems including biometrics & video
• To monitor the backup infrastructure including separate network, hosts, and SAN storage
• To plan and update the IT network and infrastructure, provide professional advice to management on technical architectures and best practices
• To manage vendors for infrastructure and control the budget for equipment expenses as well as other IT operations costs

Requirements:

• Master degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 10 years of relevant experience in technology field
• Possess Cisco and VMware certifications or hands-on experience in engineering and designing solutions, not solely administration
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill to provide quick resolution to problems
• Achievement oriented. Able to demonstrate leadership ability and provide effective coaching for staff development
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
