Primary responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to a small team of investment executives
• Maintain simple accounting entries for sundry expenses of the office
• Handle a small but classic office set-up
• Manage incoming calls and VIP / guest receptions and meetings
• Administer payroll for a small team
  

Work Experience and Qualifications

• Graduates of tertiary education preferred
• Practical experience in office administrative duties or secretarial support
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Meticulous, outgoing character with passion
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in both English and Chinese including Putonghua
