- Assisted and provided due diligence support to financial distressed companies for various financing option, including equity finance, debt restructuring, and sales of assets.
- Conducted cash flow forecast and cash flow monitoring to optimize liquidity and working capital management.
- Conduct financial modelling, credit research and equity research
- Performed financial and commercial due diligence to potential investment deals.
- Performed extensive market research and assessments on over potential pitching clients, especially on their assets and liabilities, financial performance, shareholding structure and recent market news.
Requirement
- 2-5 years of working experience in Financial institution, investment banking front office, commercial banking front office (Non RM roles), equity research, credit research, investment roles
- Numerical, analytical with decent writing skills and experience in financial modelling
- Interested in exploring Financial Restructuring practice and management consulting
- Strong in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
