Our client is a Chinese ibank providing full spectrum of financial service related to SFC regulated activities licence type 1,2,4,6 and 9. To cope with their business growth, they are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee training planning, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
• Provide consultative advises to line manager on manpower planning issues or proposing new initiatives
• Perform end to end recruitment process for the designated department
• Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience from financial/banking
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
