Responsibilities:

•  Build up BIM database (Revit) from design drawings for construction;
• Generate 2D construction drawing and data (e.g. xls) from BIM;
• Assist BIM engineer to resolve design/build problems identified within the BIM platform;
• Prepare materials (e.g. model, ppt and reports) to assist BIM engineer to fulfill coordination and collaboration processes;
• Provide hands-off training to general user in reviewing BIM contents;
• Assist BIM engineer to manage BIM data input/output through in-house propriety online collaboration platforms.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Building or Construction related discipline;
• At least 2 years with BIM (Revit) modelling experience is a must;        
• Experience with AEC design professions will be a plus;
• Willing to learn and use BIM tools;
• Willing to work in site office;
• Independent and be able to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.

* Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Technician (BIM).
