Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (E&M)

Responsibilities

• Lead a E&M team and closely work with client & consultancy firms
• Manages project execution end-to-end by the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measure of success amongst stakeholders of the project team
• Responsible for overall project management, meeting and coordination of cost & quality control
• Co-ordinating pre-construction activities
• Responsible for tender preparation & liaising with BD team
• Liaise between sub-contractors, architect/consultants, utilities and clients on project co-ordination and construction programme issues.
• Coordinate with QS team and monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects

Requirements

• Degree or above in E&M/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years experience in MEP projects with experience in large projects
• Experienced in leading E&M team
• Chartered membership with MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is preferred
