Job Responsibilities

1)  Perform tender and contractual documents review.

2)  Perform taking-off quantity from tender drawing and prepare tender document submissions.

3)  Prepare measurement, cost estimation, and variation orders for operating projects.

 Job Requirement

1)  Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services

2)  Experience in Plumbing and drainage field.

3)  Possess a recognized professional membership of relevant institution is an advantage

4)  Self-motivated and able to work independently.

5)  Good interpersonal and communication skills

6)  Good command of both written English & Chinese

7)  Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
