Job Description
Our client is a well-known hospitality group, they are currently looking for some Senior level candidates to join their HK team.
Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Strong in both Tendering and Site operation experience
- Monitor the large scale project through Full cycle of Design, permitting and construction
- Supervise and lead the project team for construction works, Ensure the project quality, safety and environmental run smoothly
- Budget Control, Review whole cost plan and tender analysis
- Reports to Senior Management, Coordinate with Client & Contractors and consultancy on-site operation
- Attend the Meeting and drive the performance of the project objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction/Building or related disciplines
- Professional Member of HKIE/CIOB/HKICM/AS/MIStructE etc
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
- Familiar with large-scale or Full cycle projects especially government, hospital projects.
- Strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Command in English and Chinese
