Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for undertaking relevant issues/tasks related to green building certification and sustainable construction consultancy;
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external project teams (e.g. Architect, BS, Structure-E, etc.) to smoothly proceed the projects;
• responsible for the necessary research required for green building projects and other ad-hoc works.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in environmental engineering/building services or other relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years solid working experience in green building field. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Consultant;
• Knowledge and experience of LEED / BEAM Plus / CGBL assessments;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and etc.;
• Good command of modelling software (e.g. eQuest, IES, Dialux, Fluent, Ecotect, etc.) is highly preferred;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Be confident, organized and positive in teamwork and also be able to work independently.
