Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle the HK mega size projects both the Civil and airport ( Foundation, Civil and Infrastructure)
- Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project.
- In charge of large scale mixed use development comprising construction of piling works, link bridges and underground RC utility works
- Monitored performance of consultants ensuring the timely delivery of structural drawings and technical specifications for both tendering and construction purposes
- Managed the project issues from cash flow, progress monitoring, contractual to safety issues
Requirements
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- MHKIE or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline
- 12 years experience from a main contractor with solid on-site experience
- All rounded exposure in civil projects
