Job Description
Our client is a leading developer, to cope with their further expansion, they are looking for Property Management Director for their China and HK assets
Job Responsibilities
- To manage the mixed portfolio in China (includes residential, commercial and office assets)
- To manage the team with technical staff and property management staff, and provide professional property management services to tenants.
- To work closely with contractors and build a good relationship with local authorities, clients, tenants
Job Requirements:
- Over 8 years of property management in mixed portfolio and with China experience
- Experience managing sizeable team, with a strong background in property management
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Creative, proactive and open-minded
- Able to travel to China
