Senior Building Services Manger and Senior BS Engineer ( Chartered)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of monitor the overall building services, electrical and mechanical process
• Lead and supervise a team of building services engineers
• Liaise between sub-contractors, architect/consultants, utilities and clients on project co-ordination and construction programme issues.
• Manage the site quality control and carry out witness testing and commissioning when appropriate
• Responsible for preparing the Combined Services Drawings and Combined Builder's Work Drawings

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• MHKIE / CIBSE / MIET qualification or equivalent is an advance
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Building Services Engineer
