Job Description
Our clients are HK listed main contractor and international project management consultancy firm.
Senior QS Manager /Associate
Responsibilities:
- In charge of contractual administration and project management work
- With practical experience in Claims management / support the PD to manage the commercial management
- Assist Project team in contractual and commercial matters
- Responsible for handling project budgets, variations order, claims submission and payments
- Review of cash flow and cost planning
- Ensure the compliance of company policy
- Monitor tendering process and negotiate with consultants and contractors
- Lead a QS team
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- 12 years QS experience
- Possess of membership of HKIS/RICS
