Job Description
Job Duties:
- To design, specify & supervise works relating to maintenance, improvement, alteration & addition to existing buildings
- To assist in the tender process or quotation comparison process for the works
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related discipline
- Computer and AutoCAD literate
- 1 year project/renovation/maintenance experience preferable (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
