Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends to develop design concepts and assess viability of new design ideas and proposals
• Provide guideline and work closely with Supply Chain Management team to build seasonal trends and regular products
• Oversee full set of product development process, from concept to sampling to production
• Provide and manage the planning, budgeting/cost control, monitoring, assess and documentation on design projects to ensure effective execution of the plan.
• Participate in local and overseas trade shows, factories and suppliers visits to establish relationship and analyze new development and sampling
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Product / Industrial design or related discipline
• 6 years or above solid Product / Industrial design experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
• Familiar with furniture / household related industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS office
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and presentation skill
• People oriented, adaptable, organized and enjoy teamwork
• Innovative, able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situation
