Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or University graduate in lnterior Design, architectural or other related discipline.
• 8 years or above relevant studio & site experience in luxurious residential projects, and having E&M knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PDF Editor, MS Office, etc.
• Strong in detailing, sketch drawing and well coordination skill with people at all levels.
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good presentation skill and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
• Strong knowledge in project administration and on-site construction management and quality control.
• Good command of Cantonese and English.
• Working location: Hong Kong lsland.
• Employment will be on contract basis until practical completion of the project, assuming up to the winter of year 2019 maximum.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• To perform onsite inspections to check the general progress and standard of work for design compliance.
• Liaison and coordination with Main Contractors and Sub-contractors.
• Oversee the performance of Contractors to ensure the requirement standard is achieved, such as construction sequence, workmanship, etc.
• Monitor, motivate the progress of work and coordinate with Contractors to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard.
• Report immediately any unsatisfactory / non-confirming works.
• Lead in resolving design and technical coordination issues about finishes, details, sample etc. on the project.
• Review mock-ups against specification / contractual agreement; make commentaries and recommendations.
• Timely advice on possible need for change of approved design and report to the superior to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions.
• Assist to review and approve Contractor's submission, such as shop drawings, method statements, materials, as-built drawings, etc.
• Coordinate RFI responses
• lnspect / record material, FF&E, and all purchases 'quality on / off-site.
• lnspect related procured construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with Client's specification / contractual agreement.
• Coordinate with all other Specialist Consultant, such as Lighting, Kitchen, Landscape, AV, Security, Art, etc.
• Attend regular site meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Submit weekly update to the superior for coordination work.
• Coordinate and prepare defects list and perform defects inspections to confirm the making good of defects is carried out by the Contractors.
