Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Tier 1 Troubleshooting (7x24 round-the-clock service) in Data Centre
- Provide service for corporate broadband network monitoring, identify network problems and coordinate with internal and external parties in order to keep smooth operation
- Prepare some reports and documents for system and operation issues
- Provide support to ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree or High Diploma in Engineering / Electronic / Information Technology or other related disciplines. Excellent communication and telemarketing skills
- Willingness to work on shifts.
- Knowledge and experience in broadband network such as GPON, IPLC/EPLC/Broadband and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
