Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting functions, budget and forecast, treasury and cash management
• Responsible for month-end closing and timely prepare financial statements including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and disclosures
• Participate in accounting system migration and user testing.
• Participate in interim and annual report including preparation of consolidation schedules
• Responsible for taxation and statutory compliance matters under different jurisdictions.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, other professional parties
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in listed company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High level of logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
• Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize, and able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge in regulatory compliance matters including preparation of announcements, circulars and corporate correspondence will be an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good understanding and experience for finance report potential risk control, provide efficient solution to avoid and minimize mandatory audit and internal control compliance risk
• Knowledge in SAP is advantageous
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
