Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting / finance discipline with CA qualification;
• Qualified CPA is a must and CPA charter holder will be an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in preparing financial reports and handling full sets of accounts (having experience in the real estate industry is a bonus);
• Around 2 years of audit experience with ability to prepare statutory financial statements independently;
• Managerial experience is preferred but not required;
• Able to prepare budget forecast, financial analysis, cashflow projections, project evaluation, etc.;
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated and work independently; and
• Strong in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general accounting software

Job Duties: 

• Handle the management accounting aspects for both our internal group of companies as well as our overseas investment project holding companies (working closely with our Asset Management team, external accountants and auditors);
• Monitor fund flows and bank accounts;
• Prepare annual budget;
• Coordinate and complete annual audits;
• Improve internal systems and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance; and
• Supervise and train accounting staff

Remuneration Package:

Expected Salary to be around HK$40-45K per month on a 13-month basis.  There will be discretionary year-end and performance bonus and fringe benefits including medical scheme, MPF, annual leave, etc.
