Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts, multiple companies
• Conduct inter-company reconciliations and monthly consolidation
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Address the financial risks and opportunities for the company and take effective measures to mitigate those risks as appropriate 
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in commercial sector, with PRC accounting experience is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills, attentive to details, able to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin
• Candidates who possess HKICPA could be considered as Financial Manager
  
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
