5.5 Day Work (alternate Saturday-off)

 Working location: Kwun Tong (near MTR Station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support accounting duties including AR, AP, GL, treasury and inventory;
• Follow up with customers for AR settlement;
• Perform daily operations including invoicing, preparing vouchers, cheque payments and data input;
• Visit customers for AR reconciliations, meetings, cheque collections when necessary;
• Perform reconciliations, and assist in preparing management reports and month-end closing;
• Perform general filing, clerical support and outdoor duties, including bank payments and cheque deposits etc where necessary; and
• Support to handle administrative works and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline;
• 3 years relevant experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with all levels of staff;
• Well-organized, detailed-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and accounting software; and
• Chinese input is essential.
