Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statement and management report
- Liaise with auditors;
- Monthly profit & loss reporting, project budgeting
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry, filing and manage record-keeping, etc.;
- Assist the team to handle relevant tasks and liaise with both internal / external parties to meet day-to-day operation needs
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or LCC Higher Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years in accounting experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Working experience in audit firm and knowledge of Company
- Secretary duties is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Knowledge of Peachtree is an advantage
Duty :
- Full Day (2-3 Days /Week) ; or
- Half Day(AM) (5 Days/Week) ; or
- Half Day(PM) (5 Days/Week)
Salary :
HKD 5,000 - 9,000 / Month
