Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Senior Management;
• Responsible for schedule meeting, arrange itinerary of business trip for Senior Management;
• Responsible for preparing agenda, taking minutes and filing;
• Handle incoming correspondence and telephone calls;
• Prepare business report;       
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.        

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above in Business or related disciplines;
• 2-3 years' of secretarial /clerical experience in servicing Senior Management is preferred, preferably from bank or financial institution;
• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Able to work independently;
• Good command of English and Chinese, native in Cantonese is an advantage;      
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
