Job Description

Purpose of role:

Key member of the HR Shared Services Team. Performs a variety of day-to-day HR Operations activities such as employee / employer tax reporting and benefits administration. Incumbents required work independently under general direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.

 

Responsibilities:

HR Operation & Benefits Administration for APAC Region

  • Process Benefits Administration
  • Prepare Employment Contract & Company letters/notifications (such as promotion, probation completion, etc)
  • Enrol Medical Insurance, MPF / ORSO for new hires
  • Maintain employee personnel files, HRIS and leave systems
  • Deal with different external services providers according to business needs

Required Experience

  • A university degree within business related disciplinary
  • 1-2 years of HR Operations & Benefits Administration experience
  • 1-2 years of experience on HRIS, candidate with SAP knowledge will be definitely an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; Strong Excel skills
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates with great communication skills are welcome.
