An impressive and highly successful listed company is seeking an EA to support their busy CEO and management team. You will offer full business and private support to the very approachable and charming CEO (Hong Kong gentlemen), working amongst a friendly and growing in stunning Central office.

This is hugely exciting time to a join the business which is preparing for IPO next year and due to expand, giving you the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and be hugely integral to its growth. You will oversee the running of the office, support top management with roadshow and IR support, as well as take on additional projects and events, adding lots of diversity to your role!

This role is a very detail orientated and fast paced role. The Executive Assistant will have extensive experience to c-level management/ IPO experience.
