Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Work as a 360 degree consultant in terms of Business Development for new clients, resourcing, interviewing & negotiating with candidates as well as closing the job orders
- Cold call and qualify candidates
- Interview candidates and present profiles to managers and clients
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- 1 year or more in the recruitment / executive search / head hunting industry
- Passion for the recruitment / executive search / head hunting business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with good telephone manner
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Career driven, determined to develop a successful, long term career in recruitment
- Ambitious, enthusiastic to learn and progress in our award-winning training & development program
