Descriptions:

• Manage and handle settlement reports
• Provide administrative supports to the FX operation department and sales team
• Monitor, track and update primary corporate clients' profile
• Assist with settlement operation documentations
• Communicate frequently with managers to eliminate avoidable errors
• Analyze sales and operation performance by analytical reports and share insights with management, sales team and related parties
• Responsible with ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Business/Finance/Accounting & Administration or equivalence
• Minimum 1 years' clerical, administrative or secretarial related working experience
• Patient and polite phone manner is essential 
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill; detail-oriented 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
